Per Diem Dispute
We specialize in assisting drayage carriers in eliminating per diem/detention debt. We initiate disputes exclusively for Per Diem charges incurred at the Port of Long Beach or Los Angeles. We also initiate disputes from the Port of Oakland and Port of Seattle/Tacoma that are dated from April 2023 and up to date. Any invoice you provide us will be reviewed and disputed within 48 hours of receipt. We file disputes via email or through the steamship line site, and once finished, we will send you approval. Please keep in mind that you will not be required to pay anything until you obtain confirmation from the steamship lines that the costs have been waived.
